  8. Divide the dough into pieces and form into balls to form a smooth ball . Coat your finger in flour and press in the middle to form a ring. Stretch the ring to 1/3 of bagels diameter.
  9. Place bagels on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with a towel and let them rest for about 15 mins.
  10. Gently put the bagels in simmering water and boil for 1 minute and turn over and boil for another minute.
  11. Remove the bagels and let them dry and then then return to the baking sheet. Sprinkle poppy seads and sesame seeds.
  12. Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Place them on a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!!!
