  1. Prepare 500 ml Milk

  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Custard Powder Vanilla flavour

  6. Make ready 3 tbsp Caster Sugar
Instructions to make Vanilla Ice Cream:
  1. First Boil 500ml Milk and then heat on low flame for 5 mins.
  2. Now take 2 tbsp Custard Powder and add Water to dissolve the Custard powder.
  3. Now add the custard powder in the Milk and again heat for more 5 mins.
  4. Now add 4 tbsp of sugar and mix and heat on low flame for 1 mon
  5. Let it cool and add Half Cup Milk Cream and add 3 tbsp caster sugar and mix.
  6. Pour in an airtight container and cover with an aluminium foil.
  7. Now freeze for 4 hours
  8. Now take all the ice cream out in a mixer and blend to make a thick batter-type consistency.
  9. Now add the batter to the airtight container covered with aluminium foil and freeze overnight.
  10. Next day serve the ice cream and enjoy.
