The ingredients needed to make Spring rolls:
  1. Get 1 cup refined flour
  2. Take 1 cup boiled noodles
  3. Get 1 chopped onion
  4. Prepare 1 chopped capsicum

  7. Make ready 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. Get 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  9. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar

Then pick up the edge closest to you and pull it up and snugly over the toppings. Continue rolling all the way up like a burrito. If you'd like to keep them fresh for a couple of hours, store them under a lightly damp, lint-free tea towel at room temperature (the skin tends to harden in the refrigerator). When ready to form the spring rolls, squeeze out all the excess liquid.

Instructions to make Spring rolls:
  1. First boil noodles with little salt and oil. Strain it and wash with cold water. For wrappers take maida, salt and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl and mix well. Now make a soft dough of it and keep on rest for 20 min.
  2. For filling take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add all chopped veggies to it and saute fr 2 min. Now add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar to it. Now add boiled noodles to it and toss well.Add some salt and black pepper powder to it.
  3. Now make small balls of the dough and roll it in a medium size disc. Apply oil over it and sprinkle dry flour to it. Keep another disc to it.Again apply oil and sprinkle flour.Repeat it once again. Now we have 3 discs in a pile. Now roll altogether to a big disc. Heat a tawa and put this disc on it and flip it once. Dont overcook it. Cook it for few seconds. Now gently scrape out the 3 discs. 3 wrappers are ready.
  4. Make a paste of maida and water to seal these rolls. Take a sheet and keep 2 tbsp filling in it. Now make a roll gently. During rolling all edges should be closed. At the end put maida paste to the corner and seal it well. Heat oil in a pan and fry it. Cut it in small pieces of your choice. Crispy yummy spring rolls are ready to serve.
