The dough I ultimately created is best made over two days. Not only does this break up the work, but I think the flavor from a slow-risen dough tastes better. After you've rolled the dough, spread the cinnamon filling on top and roll-up jelly-roll style. Cut into as many rolls as you'd like.
Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Now milk and vinegar and keep it aside for 10min.
- After 10 mintues mix dry ingredients, milk mixture and melted butter and make a smooth dough.
- Once the dough is ready cover it and keep it aside for next 25-20 min.
- Now we will make the icing.mix cinammon powder, sugar and butter at room temperature and keep the paste aside.
- Keep the pan on the flame with salt and stand for preheating (as it's no oven baking)
- Now take a dough,roll it in rectangular and spread the cinammon paste evenly.
- Roll the dough from one end to another, and cut into peices.
- Once you are done with the rolls put them in preheated pan and bake them for next 25-30 min.
- Once they are done keep it on cooling rack, and enjoy the rolls.
