  5. Roll the dough ball in big roti. Cut the sides. Made it square.
  6. Cut it into 2 inches broad strip. Place 1 spoon stuffing. Roll the strip.
  7. Insert the toothpick at the joint. Make all rolls in same way
  8. Heat up the oil on low medium flame. Fry all roll samosas. Crispy and Crunchy.
  9. Take out on Kitchen towel. Serve with sweet termarind-dates chutney and green Chutney.
