- Take Mint+ coriander+ raw mango+ salt +sugar (optional)
- Get 3-4 tbsp Chilli Tomato sauce
- Get 3-4 tbsp if you don't have it add red chilli flakes to the sauce
- Get 3-4 tsp Oil
- Prepare 1 tbsp each roll
- Make ready 1/4 tbsp Salt
- Prepare 1/4 tbs Black Pepper
- Take Water(as per requirement for the dough)
Fold bottom point up over filling and roll once. Fold in right and left points. Brush beaten egg on top point. Set aside and repeat with remaining filling.
Steps to make Egg rolls:
- Roll the dough in a circular shape larger and lil thicker than your regular chapati.
- Now cook it from one side. And slightly cook the other side.Donot add oil.
- 1/2 Add oil to the pan. Add half the egg mixture. Circle it around. Make it big.
- And stick the cooked side of the paratha on the raw side of the egg mixture. They'll stick
- Now, flip and add oil as you would do to your pratha.. the amount depends on you.
- Make some cheera on the egg portion.Flip it again and then keep it in a plate.
- Add green chutney on half and tomato sauce on other half (on the egg side). Add the chopped onions and green chillies.. sprinkle some pepper if you want.
