- Take Oil for frying
Then pick up the edge closest to you and pull it up and snugly over the toppings. Continue rolling all the way up like a burrito. If you'd like to keep them fresh for a couple of hours, store them under a lightly damp, lint-free tea towel at room temperature (the skin tends to harden in the refrigerator). - Slice all Veggies ready. Take a pan on low flame add oil n finely chopped, ginger garlic green chillies. Saute it. Add schezwan Chutney.

- Add salt, pepper powder n vinegar. Mix it well
- Now add all sauces
- Now add ketchup n mix it. Add chopped coriander. Mix all ingredients of slurry make thick slurry.
- Get very thing ready. I din't cut the sheets in square. I used as it is in circles. Stick slurry on all edges of circle. Place the stuffing. Close the 2 opposite sides with the help of slurry.noe roll it.
- Make all rolls. Heat up the oil on low flame. Now add rolled rolls in hot oil.
- Fry crispy n golden. Fry all spring rolls. Serve with schezwan Chutney. N enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
