  1. Heat skillet to medium high. Heat oven to 350 degrees or convection roast 350.
  2. Put the thighs to bowl, add in the olive oil, salt, pepper, & smoked paprika toss to coat the thighs. Add to hot skillet in batches to start browning on both sides.
  3. Once browned on both sides remove to baking dish.
  4. In bowl add garlic, ketchup, balsamic vinegar and crushed red pepper flakes, whisk to combine.
  5. Spoon or brush half the glaze on the chicken. Place in oven to cook. 25-30 minutes depending on which thigh you are using. Check with thermometer to make sure done.
