It can be prepared using boneless or bone-in chicken and is usually served with onion and lemon garnish. I made it quite a different ways and posted it here. Steps to make Chicken-65 (Method -II):
- Take a bowl, add to chicken all the ingredients.(I didn't use Red Color)
- Marinate the chicken well and keep it aside for 3 hours.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till its done.
Mix corn flour, red chilli powder, Garam masala and salt. Add soy sauce, egg, lemon juice and mix well till it becomes like a jelly paste. Season with salt and add rest of the ingredients (except oil). Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a stain-proof bowl and combine with the chicken until thoroughly coated. Allow to marinate for at least an hour..
