- In a glass bowl take the shrikhand and curd and whisk well with the help of a balloon whisk.
- Add powdered sugar, yellow colour, Kesar, nutmeg and mix well.
- Now add the milk and whisk again.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- While serving pour in glasses and garnish with 1 or 2 strands of Kesar and chopped almonds and piatachios. Enjoy! :)
