- Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup - in a pan add water and sugar.stir continuously till sugar dissolved on medium flame.Add saffron and let it come to a boil then simmer the flame and cook until syrup thickens.Switch off the heat.
- Now heat ghee/oil in a wok.Take prepared dough and knead again for 2-3 mins until soft.
- Roll the dough into thick roti and cut it into desired pieces.
- Fry them into hot oil until nice golden in colour.Take them out and soak into the sugar syrup for 10 -15 mins.
- Delicious Tosha sweet is ready to serve.Garnish with some almonds and pista flakes.
