  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Take a baking dish of 9"x9" and grease well with butter. Flatten half the lachha and press from everywhere. Pour the cream of corn and mozzarella cheese over the lachha and spread. Now spread the remaining lachha and bake for 40 mins.
  5. Once baked pour the Jaggery syrup and garnish with pistachios.
  6. Serve warm. - - If refrigerating, microwave for few minutes before eating.
