- Add these balls in sugar syrup and keep a side for half an hour.
- For rabdi,boil milk with sugar and saffron on medium to low flame approx half an hour or milk becames thick.
- Add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.cool this rabdi for half an hour or keep in refrigerator.
- In a plate place the gulab jamun, rabdi and garnish with mix fruits and dry fruits.
