  2. Take another bowl put maida +cornflour+rice flour+salt+red chilli powder(1/2 tsp)+red colour+garlic powder and water(1/2cup+2tbsp).and make a batter.
  3. Heat oil for frying.dip the lollipops into batter and put in the oil and fry till crispy.cook on medium flame.
  4. Now take a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add ginger paste saute few seconds and then add schezwan and tomato sos mix it and put friend lollipops and mix it very well for a good 1 min.(it's totally optional if u like super crispy lollipops skip this step)
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup or with schezwan as per your taste and enjoy the delicious chicken lollipops..
