- On a tawa add 2 tsp of jeera black pepper and fennel seed. Dry roast them and let it cool and make a coarse powder.
- Open the pressure cooker and transfer the mangoes with water to a bowl. Remove out all the pulp and discard the seed.
- Add 1 cup mint leaves add it to a blender add coarse powder 1 tsp chat masala 1 tsp rock salt half cup sugar and blend it. If needed add another half cup sugar. Blend again.
- Aam panna concentrate is ready. Add chilled water.
- Pour in the popsicle mould. Keep it in the freezer for 8-10 hours or overnight.
