  5. Cook this on low heat until milk reduces; note you have to stir this mixture often
  6. When the milk reduces 90%, then add remaining 2 tablespoons ghee into the mixture
  7. Now add 2 tablespoons sugar, cashews and raisins in the mixture
  8. Stir mixture well and simmer it on a lower until till it dries
  9. Carrot Halwa is ready, now serve this dessert hot or chilled
  10. Note: You can use normal milk instead of condensed milk. If you are using normal milk then increase the quantity of sugar
