- Now add both sugars to this Chocolate butter mixture and beat well. Add vanilla essence and beat again. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Lastly add milk and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir to combine, be sure not to overmix here. - Fold in M&M and chocolate chips, stirring untill everything is just combined.
- Cover & refrigerate the cookie dough in fridge for an hour.
- Scoop out 1/4 cup of batter onto baking sheet keeping one inch apart. Bake cookies for 16-18 mins.
- Garnish with some more M&M's while cookies are still warm and then let it cool for 20 mins & then serve.
