  2. For preparing mousse- take water in a pan and heat the water now keep a bowl on the hot water and melt gelatin. On other side take 2 tsp of hot water in egg bowl and beat it nicely so that it gives nice thickness and creaminess now add gelatin and orange juice in the egg mixture.
  3. Then in another bowl beat whipped cream with the help of ice cube. On otherSide melt the white chocolate and add this white chocolate in egg mixture and again beat the mixture all together with whipped cream. Now take out the dark chocolate cover from the mold and place the mixture inside the dark chocolate cover and again keep it in refrigerator to get set. now take out the dark chocolate mousse and decorate and serve the chocolate mousse
