  1. Cut wings in two then scrap all meat to one big end, as in you get a drumstick after you done with all, marinate them with marinade for three hours then freeze it til it's a bit hard.
  2. Batter: - mix all with water to thick batter. Deep fry each lollilop dipping in batter til it's crispy. - remove on strainer then wrap it's bone with foil paper and serve with hot chutney.
