- Put the milk and chocolate in a sauce pan set medium flame stir until the chocolate has melted completely and mix it to make smooth and thick mixture
- Remove from heat and mix pistachio,cranberries,vanilla extract,orange zest,pinch of salt
- Pour the mixture into dish and smooth the surface
- Leave it to set in the fridge for 3 hours and lift the fudge from the dish and cut it into square pieces and serve it
