- You would have to stir this for quite a while. You know the mixture is ready when it turns dark brown. I like my toffee chewy but if you like it softer, wait till the mixture turns light brown.
- Quickly take all the toffee out of the pan and start shaping and rolling it into small pieces. I usually shape it into a cylinder/rectangle but it doesn't really matter. Cool the toffee for about five minutes and it would be ready to eat.
