Instructions to make Iloka(milk toffee):
  1. Mix suger, milk and water, mix well. It should not be too running
  2. Add two tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan
  3. Pour in your milk mixture and turn well. Continue to stir till golden brown
  4. Grease your tray with oil and transfer the mixture.
