- Now switch off the gas and add soda bicarbonate in it and then stir quickly for a few seconds as it will create foam and fizz
- Carefully pour it into a pan which is already greased with butter paper and leave it to set and cool.
- When it sets, broke the honey comb into bite sized chunks.
- Serve it in fondue bowl with hot chocolate.
