  2. Take 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions to make Breakfast Casserole:
  1. Sauté onion and sausage/diced bacon in a pan with oil for 10 minutes on medium heat
  2. While onions are sautéing whisk salt, pepper, milk and eggs in a large bowl until well incorporated.
  3. Coat a 9x13 baking or casserole dish spray or coat with oil or cooking spray. Add potatoes to bottom of pan.
  4. Add 1/2 of cheese on top of potatoes, followed by meat and onion mixture.
  5. Next pour in eggs and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes on 375°F.
