- Take Green bell pepper

- In a small bowl wisk eggs & tsp of milk. Pour in heated skillet. Once the egg batter began to bubble at the bottom add sauteed veggie in the middle of the eggs & add cheese
- Fold the omelette & flip as it browns
- Place on a plate & enjoy
