- beat the egg together with the blackpaper, salt and chilli flakes.. beat well and pour into the pan.
- make sure that the omellete is not too thick and too thin..
- try not to overcook the omelette.. when it is done, place that omelette on a plate that covered with the aluminium wrapper( it is best if use bamboo roll)
- slice all the remaining ingredients vertically..
- on top of the omelette, place a slice of each ingredient.. roll the omelette by using the aluminium wrapper/ bamboo roll.. PRECAUTION: The omelette is still hot!
- make sure to press it a bit so that the ingredients will stick together.. once it is done, carefully cut them into pieces..
- serve while it is warm.. you can add mayonise/ other sauce in this recipe.
