The ingredients needed to make Churma laddu:
- Get 500 Gram thick wheat flour
- Get 250 Grams jaggery
- Get 150 Gram ghee
- Make ready 50 Grams raisins
- Take 20 Gram popeye seeds
- Get 50 Grams almonds
- Make ready 50 Gram cashew nuts
- Get 50 Gram edible gum
- Take 3-4 Green cardamom
- Take Oil for deep frying

Churma Ladoo is a recipe for ball shaped sweet made out of crumbled Bati (unleavened bread). Churma Ladoo or Churma na Ladwa is Indian sweet made during special occasions or festivals.
Instructions to make Churma laddu:
- Take A big bowl or broad vessel and put wheat flour. Heat 75 grams ghee and pour it on the flour. Start kneading A tight dough with this ghee and then little water.
- Now heat oil for deep frying take fistful of dough and make muthiyas flat long cutlet shape pressing with fingers as shown in the pic below.
- Now deep fry the muthiyas on low flame. Flip to fry both the sides nicely and keep aside. Now deep.fry all muthiyas in small batches.
- Once all.muthiyas are.fried, break.them into small pieces with your hands and keep aside in the vessel in which doigh was prepared.
- Now take A grinding jar and grind these muthiya pieces into chura in small batches and keep in A big broad vessel or largest plate with edges traditionallly used to make sweets. Now add finely.chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, popeye seeds, green cardomom powder, nutmeg powder and mix thoroughly.
- Now heat ghee in A small pan and stir fry the edible gum and remove in A plate now coarsely grind the edible gum with backside of A spoon or bowl. Add this gum to the ready mix. Mix well.
- Again heat 50 ghee in the sAme pan and put roughly chopped jaggery. Cook on.lowest flame.untill jaggery melts. Now add this jaggery mix to the prepared chura and immediately start miXing thoroughly with your hands.
- Finally take mix of small ball.size pressing hard bwtween.your.palm and fingers give shape of laddu and keep in A plate. Immediately garnish it with An almond or cashew on.it's top / centre. Serve anytime.
- This sweet can be made in any season and store for 15 days on room temperature. Very healthy for all age family members
