  1. Get 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. Take 1/2 lb. bacon
  3. Take 6 slices provolone cheese

  5. Take 1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
  6. Make ready vegetable oil and butter, for frying
Instructions to make Loaded Chicken:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice chicken breasts in half to make 6 servings.
  2. Season with spices of choice: I used black pepper, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning.
  3. Place 3 at a time in enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned.
  4. Remove to a baking sheet and place in oven for 8 minutes to finish cooking.
  5. Meanwhile cook your bacon until crispy.
  6. Saute onions and mushrooms in about 2 Tbsp. butter until soft.
  7. Top each chicken breast with provolone cheese and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until melted.
  8. Top each chicken breast with a couple pieces of bacon followed by the onions and mushrooms. Enjoy!
