- preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat eggs. add milk. mix well
- Add Bisquick powder. mix well to eliminate clumps. (do not sift Bisquick powder)
- Add chopped veggies + bacon to egg mixture
- Pour mixture into pie dish or suitable tray for baking. grease pan
- Bake for 45-50 MINS or until done.
- I added a pinch of salt, hot pepper, and black pepper to taste…. But it's really up to you!
