  4. Now add oil and jaggery powder into egg batter and beat well with hand blender.
  5. Now add dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well. Add grated carrot, nuts of your choice and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture into greased mould sprinkle nuts on top and tap the mould on working surface to remove air bubbles.
  7. Keep it in preheated oven and bake it on 180 for 35-40 mins. Check after 30 mins by inserting tooth pick if it's come clean it's done other wise bake another 5-10 mins.
  8. Let it rest for some time in oven and remove. And leave it to cool completely. Then cut into desired shape and enjoy the healthy and tasty cake with hot cup of tea..
