- Sb sai pehle maida aur baking powder ko 3 baar chan lain. Yai baking ka asool hai.
- 3 eggs ko bowl mein nikalain aur 3 min beat krain. Phr 1tsp lemon escence dal ke 1 min beat krain. Phr castor sugar half half dal ke total 4 min beat krain.
- Ab beater use ni krna. Batter mein maida aur oil dal ke mix krain. Thora thora dalna dono mtlb parts mein. End mein milk dal dain. Mix krain.
- Jab sb mix ho jai last mein 2tbsp grm boiled water dalain. 2tbsp sai zyada na ho aur phr usai mix krain. Is sai cake soft bnta hai.
- Ab sanchai mein oil lagake butter paper rakh ke batter dal ke tap krain.
- Oven ko 5min 120°C par preheat krain. Phr 180°c par bake krain 45-50 minutes. I baked in cooking range. And serve it with tea. Garam garam cut na krain.
