Instructions to make Memoni Bun Kabab:
- Wash down the pulses and soak them in water for 2hrs, boil it with turmeric powder, salt, whole red chilli & ginger garlic paste and dry up all the water. grind it and mix in it boil & mashed potatoes, garam masala powder & lemon juice.
- Make these into patties and keep it in the fridge for 1hr, beat eggs and make them fluffy.
- Dip these patties in this fluffy egg and shallow fry them.
- Grind green Chutney and add 1 cup water & cook it then, add water to cornflour and all purpose flour and make it thick. let it get on to room temperature and add 2 tbsp yoghurt in 1 cup chutney.
- In imli pulp add sugar & spices & cook it, when it gets thick turn of the heat.
- Add a little bit of oil in the frying pan and toast it.
- Spread your chutneys over the bun and place cut onions, tomatoes and cucumbers and kabab.
- Ready to serve.
