- Weight the bread dough to your choice as I want it slightly bigger so I took 65gm for my bun and mould into round shape and put to baking tray and let it proof for 2nd time (final proofing)
- Once bread dough final proofing is ready turn on your oven, and while waiting for oven to reach it temperature brush egg wash onto the top of the bread dough and put to baking.
