  4. Add sugar little by little and continue whipping till stiff peaks are formed. Now add the yolk mix and fold gently.
  5. Place a sieve,add baking powder followed by flour in batches and mix using cut and fold method.
  6. Pour into the greased and dusted cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 30 minutes. Then increase temperature to 170°C and bake for 3 min.
  7. Cool completely, flip and remove from cake pan. Cool on wire rack.Slice and enjoy!
