For the chicken: Marinade the chicken in buttermilk, salt, white pepper and garlic salt for at least an hour. Then we coat the chicken in my special crispy chicken mixture (check out the recipe card for the full list of ingredients).   2. Chicken ko boil kar ke rashey krlen. Oil m onion ko fry kar ke chicken add kar masala.Salt lemon juice or green chilies or coriander add kar 5 minute fry krlen
  3. Ab dough ka miduim size ki ball bana kar us m under chicken ki filling kar ka again ball ban lein
  4. Egg white ko beat kar upper brushing karein or uper till or kalonji sprinkle kar dein prehaet oven m bake krlen 15 minute uper ke colour ke liya 5 minute uper ki grill on kar kar bake karein
  5. Chicken filling yummy bun ready hai

Unfortunately, due to allergies I've not had the pleasure to try this bao, so I've learned to stuff my bao with a chicken filling. Reduce the heat, add the red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix well. The buns so soft and fluffy. The interior is so spongy and it taste so yum with the chicken filling. In the near by bakery they sell this for few bucks and we pick it often.
