- Take 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Prepare 1 tsp mustard sauce
- Get 1 tsp chilli sauce
- Take 1 tbsp cream
- Prepare Pinch salt
- Prepare 1 egg (beaten for glaze)
Instructions to make Chicken Filled Rose Bun:
- Boil milk, butter, corn flour and oil with a cup of water,stir continuously slightly thick, remove from flame.
- Mix the rest of dry ingredients.
- Using milk mixture to make soft dough.
- Then let it rise for 3 hours.
- Cook the chicken with spices on medium heat in oil. chicken is soft add veggies and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- When chicken is cool down add the above paste and mix well.
- Punch back and knead to make soft dough, then roll and fold into rose shape or any shape you like and do filling.
- Glaze with beaten egg, sprinkle oregano keep on greased tray and let rise fully for 10 minutes.
- Then bake in preheated oven to 180 degree c for 25 minutes.
