- Take hung curd in a bowl. Add paneer, capsicum, carrot, oregano, salt, chilli flakes and mix it well. Add all-purpose flour in to the water and make a thin paste (for coating).
- Take a white bread, cut off the sides, Dip it in water then Squeeze out the extra water. Now put the filling in the bread, Close and seal it properly. Dip it in flour paste. Roll it into the bread crumbs. Remove the extra bread crumbs.
- Now take the oil in a wok and make it hot on a high flame. Once the oil is hot then drop the prepared rolls in the hot oil. Fry it on high heat until the golden brown and take out. Garnish with some grated cheese and now finally the Crispy Dahi rolls are ready to serve. Enjoy the taste
