- 1st magnate fish and after 1hrs fry fish with coconut oil, put some curry leaves while fry….. after cooking fish take it in one bowler..and cool and cut fried fish…..

- Then take fried fish and cut it.then fish put in to masala mix well and still come roast consistency……
