- Make ready 7 slice Russell Potatoes
- Take 1 cup Vegetable oil

- Take out small potatoes at a times, put them on plate with napkins to soak out the left over oil.
- Sprinkle seasoned salt on potatoes
- Once you done with frying all potatoes, and draining oil out of potatoes, then lay them on cookie sheet, sprinkle 2 cups grated Colby cheese all over them. If you want more cheese, you can add more cheese.
- Serve while it's hot
