- Heat oil in a kadai, add whole spices and saute till aromatic. Now tip in onions, green chilies and few curry leaves, saute till translucent,now add tomatoes and saute till it's soft add in ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell disappears.
- Now tip in all the powder masalas and salt except fennel powder and saute for a minute now add 3/4cup water and bring it to a boil.
- Add fennel powder and cook for 2 mins and now cut the boiled eggs into two and slowly drop into masala and close the lid and cook for 2mins. Later open the lid and tip in lemon juice and few curry leaves and mix it. Now the curry is ready to serve.
