  1. Clean Kaadai well,add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to it and mix well.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well. - Add salt and pour the lemon juice to it and mix well again.
  3. All the pieces must be coated well. - Let it marinate for 1/2hr. - Pour oil in a deep fry pan and put pieces according to your pan size and cover it with lid.
  4. So that it must be easy to turn it. - Keep flame in medium and fry it till it turns brown.
  5. Turn the other side and fry until it becomes full brown colour.
  6. When it's fully cooked take out in a plate with tissue as extra oil can be absorbed.
