Instructions to make Frittata:
- First take oil in pan cook onions, ginger garlic paste with a pinch of salt very well then add jalapeños or green chilli which ever you have and cook for one min to this add spinach and pinch of salt, dhaniya powder and amchur and cook till done.
- Now when hot. Melt a slice of cheese into the spinach.
- Beat two eggs with salt and pepper to taste then add the cooked cheesy spinach to the eggs.Now grease a baking tray.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins. Serve with sauce. (if you want u can add Italian flavours to it.)
