I started to cook fish and try to look beyond my usual Fish Fry.   1. Marinate fish with little salt and turmeric. Meanwhile soak mustard with 1/4th cup warm water for half hour.Make a paste of it with pinch of salt, curd and 1 green chilli and set aside.Heat oil and fry the fish.
  2. Sprinkle kalonji.When they crackle,add the fried fish and toss.Add tomato puree.Also add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt to taste.Add 1 cup water and boil for 5 minutes.When the fish is nearly done,add the mustard paste and 2 tsp mustard oil.Mix and give it a boil for 2 minutes.Garnish with few green and red chillies and chopped coriander.Serve hot with rice in lunch or dinner.
