- Then add fried potato slices in it cook it for 5-7 minutes and switch off the flame.

Over a gentle heat, melt the oil and butter in a large saucepan. Add the finely sliced onion and cover the pan with a lid. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Chop the potato into rough cubes.
