- cut peppers and onion into small chunks
- peel cucumbers and remove seeds (slice on either side of seeds, use sm spoon to scrape out)
- put cut up cukes pepper & onion in salt bath [1/2 cup salt) brine] and let sit minimum 3 hrs -overnight
- heat to boiling, vinegar sugar & spices
- add veggies, bring back to boil
- boil gently until desired tenderness & consistency, add tbsp flour to small part water & add to boiling mixture if needed
