- Then now add other spices include tumeric,paprika powder and check for salt.let cook until tomotoes ready,then add carrots and yellow peppers..add lemon,then the rest of oil then simmer until carrots cooked.enjoy as a relish
I also use it mixed into baked potatoes–in fact I have been found spooning it into my mouth straight from the pot in the fridge! It keeps really well in the fridge for a week or. Place in a colander and drain. Wash if mixture is too salty. Add the vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed and stir well.
