  1. First cut the vegetable after peeling the skin.
  2. In a pan add the vegetable and water then add all other ingradients. cook for 10 minutes, then add the grated coconut.
  3. In a pan add oil, allow mustard to crack and add urad dal curry leaves. Add this kootu.
  4. Chow-chow kootu is ready to taste.
