  4. Once it changes it's colour add tomato, green peas and carrot and sauté
  5. Now add turmeric powder, and coarse grinded powder into the kadai
  6. Once everything is sautéd well, add required water and needed salt
  7. Once it comes to boiling point add the rava into it and mix well without lumps
  8. Add the coriander leaves and curry leaves before taking off from stove
  9. Now khara bhath is ready
  10. Preparation of kesari bhath
  11. And then add water and saffron colour and cardamom to it and mix well without any lumps
  12. Once the water has been absorbed, add sugar and ghee if needed and mix well
  13. Take off the stove once it’s in a semi consistency
  14. Now serve masala spicy khara bhath with coconut chutney and sweet kesari bhath
