Blend all the sambal ingredients until fine. Heat the oil, add the sambal paste and cook in a low heat until fragrant and set aside. - Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and sambal. Stir fry a bit and add in some water and let it boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Ready to serve.
Simmer to cook until gravy become thick. Add the prawns and tamarind water and bring to a quick boil. Add the stink beans and season to taste with salt and sugar. Fry the prawns until they are cooked and the gravy is at the desired consistency and then serve at once. Mum's cooking is always the BEST! :).
