  2. Add sugar and tea bags. Allow to steep for 15 mins.
  3. Remove tea bags. Allow to completely cool - at least to room temperature.
  4. Add sweet tea to kombucha and mother SCOBY in a sterilized jar/jug.
  5. Cover with muslin cloth / tea towel. Brew for 1-2 weeks.
